How to Style Stripes + White Jeans for Fall

I hope you didn’t put away your white jeans with the rest of your warm weather clothing, because you can definitely keep wearing them through the cooler months. The rule of no white after Labor Day has fallen by the wayside and women now are rocking white jeans all year long. The key to incorporating white jeans seamlessly into your cool weather wardrobe is adding layers such as jackets, sweaters, and scarves and pairing them with seasonally appropriate footwear.

Below I have included three easy fall outfit formulas using a striped tee and a pair of white jeans as the foundation. All of the outfits are comfortable and appropriate for busy mamas. I know some of you with little ones may be hesitant to wear white jeans, but I have been able to wear them while raising three rambunctious little boys and none of them have been ruined yet. (knock on wood)

Outfit #1

Striped Tee + White Jeans + Camo Utility Jacket + Black Sneakers

Sadly there are only a few sizes left in this utility jacket, but I have linked two similar options above. Camo is a big trend for fall and is a fun pattern to mix with stripes. My white jeans are currently marked down and an extra 40% off the sale price. I am 5’3″ and wearing them in a petite size. These jeans are a great length for pairing with sneakers, ankle boots, loafers, or mules.

This outfit is full of wardrobe basics and gets a pop of fall color and pattern through the scarf. Leopard print is trending big for fall, and I like the rich burgundy background of this scarf.

Outfit #3

I love the look of ponchos, but as a petite-sized person I have to be sure they don’t overwhelm me. This black one is great for petites but is no longer available. I found two similar styles (available in both petite and regular sizes) and linked them above. The red boots give this outfit a fun pop of color. I wear rain boots all through fall and winter. Just through on thick, cozy socks or boot liners when the weather gets chilly and your feet will stay comfy and warm.
